Began teaching in 2007 and began at St. John School in 2008.

 

Favorite Subjects:
"I love teaching each subject, but I especially enjoy diagramming sentences.  Diagramming gives one a greater understanding of the English language and a strong foundation for learning foreign languages.  It's like playing with puzzles.  I look forward to the annual March Madness Diagramming Tournament!"

Why I am a teacher:
"I came to teaching after having been dissatisfied in an earlier career.  I lacked a mission.  I did not feel that I was affecting any change in the world.  Teaching affords me an opportunity to educate those that the world needs most."

What I like best about teaching at St. John School:
"The community at St. John is incredibly welcoming.  I truly feel blessed to have found such a wonderful home."
