All School Open House January 29, 2012 Noon to 1:30pm
All classrooms will be open for grades preschool through 8.
Question and Answer Sessions January 24 and February 2, 2012
Join us for a one hour Q & A Session. This is your chance to hear our school philosophy and ask questions in a small setting. Meet in the library at 9:00 AM.
State of the School Night for New Families (K-8) February 9, 2012
All families must attend the State of the School Night in Egan Hall. The annual budget, the state of the school, goals for the following school year, and an explanation of our Fair Share Tuition program will be presented. The evening begins at 7:00 PM and lasts about an hour. Applications for K-8 will only be available at this event. If you are unable to attend, please call the Admissions & Development office at 206/783-0337 ext 323.
Facilitation and Registration (K-8)
February 12, 14, and 15
St. John School requires all application materials to be returned in person. The above dates are scheduled for this purpose. Applications will only be available at the State of the School Night for new parents. All K-8 families, new and returning, are required to schedule an appointment to facilitate their registration on one of these dates. An opportunity to sign up for an appointment time will be available at the State of the School Night.
Preschool
Open House January 12, 2012 at 7pm.
Meet in the Multi-Arts Room on the Mezzanine level of Egan Hall.
Preschool application packets will be available in the school office on February 6, 2012. They may be returned to the school office without an appointment. All applications are due by February 15, 2012.
Preschool families are welcome to visit one of the Q & A Sessions as well. See above for dates and times.
