Kindergarten - Grade 8

Question and Answer Sessions February 9 or 18, 2010.
Join us for a one hour Q & A Session.  This is your chance to hear our school philosophy and ask questions in a small setting.  Meet in the library at 9:00 AM.

State of the School Night for New Families (K-8) February 25, 2010 at 7 pm
All families must attend the State of the School Night in Egan Hall.  The annual budget, the state of the school, goals for the following school year, and an explanation of our Fair Share Tuition program will be presented.  The evening begins at 7:00 PM and lasts about an hour.  Applications  for K-8 will only be available at this event.  If you are unable to attend, please call the Admissions & Development office at 206/783-0337 ext 323.

Facilitation and Registration (K-8)
St. John School requires all application materials to be returned in person. The following dates are scheduled for this purpose. Applications will only be available at the State of the School Night for new parents on February 25 (see above). All families, kindergarten, new and returning, are required to schedule an appointment to facilitate their registration on one of these dates. An opportunity to sign up for an appointment time will be available at the State of the School Night.

Open Houses

Kindergarten Open House January 21, 2010 at 7pm.  
Meet in the Multi-Arts Room on the Mezzanine level of Egan Hall.

All School Open House January 31, 2010 Noon to 1:30pm New Date!
All classrooms will be open for grades peschool through 8.

Preschool

Preschool Open House January 14, 2010 at 7pm.  
Meet in the Multi-Arts Room on the Mezzanine level of Egan Hall.

Preschool application packets will be available in the school office beginning February 22, 2010. They may be returned to the school office until March 5, 2010 without an appointment.

Preschool families are welcome to visit one of the Q & A Sessions as well.  See above for dates and times.
